Swiss National Day: A Special Dinner
Our Swiss National Day dinner menu is crafted to showcase the best of Swiss cuisine. Start your meal with a choice of delectable bites. Select from the Puntarelle Salad with soft egg, walnut, bacon, and crostini drizzled with balsamic and honey vinaigrette, the hearty Langeole Sausage served with braised lentils, shiitake, and sake onion, or the Swiss Mountain Trout, tempura-fried and served with Ama Ponzu and jalapeno.

For the main course, our Swiss National Day dinner menu offers three enticing options. Choose from the Local Venison Loin, served with rösti, Nappa cabbage, and rich Swiss cider jus, the Pan-Fried Swiss Perch with kohlrabi spring rolls, sugar snaps, and yuzu hollandaise, or the vegetarian Saffron Kinoko Rice, made with Swiss saffron from Mund and Swiss chard. To accompany these mains, we offer a selection of fine wines including the Bianca Maria Ticino DOC Bianca di Merlot 2022, the Nauer Prestige Syrah Barrique 2020 AOC or the Aargau, and the Vigoroso Assemblage Rouge Swiss 2023. Each wine has been chosen to perfectly pair with our main dishes, which one will accompany you on the second course of your night?
No Swiss National Day dinner is complete without dessert. Our menu features two irresistible options. The Torta Di Pane combines chocolate, pinenut, apricot ice cream, and pistachio sauce for a rich and indulgent finish. Alternatively, try the Zuger Kirshtorte, a traditional Swiss dessert featuring almond tuile, kirsch sabayon, and cherry sorbet. Pair these desserts with the Dessert Blanc Barrique AOC Aargau Prestige 2019 for a perfect end to your meal.
